These are so yummy and they can give you your thin mint cookie fix without all the added stuff that you’ll find in the regular thing. But what I really love is that I can eat 10 of these delicious, cholesterol free crisps for just 90 little calories, and only 2 weight watchers points plus points. They’re airy and light and they have a full three grams of protein per serving with very little sodium. Genisoy makes these using whole grain corn flour and soy flour, which is also a plus. These are perfect for dipping in coffee, tea, or even in almond milk, or just eaten alone as a snack or dessert. You can buy genisoy sweet crisps from Whole Foods or online from Amazon. If you love thin mint cookies, I seriously would try to find these. Yep, they are *that* good.
Enjoy!

Someone sent me to a "do it yourself" thin mint site where people used Ritz crackers, melted semisweet chocolate chips and peppermint extract to make their own thin mint clones.
I have made a yummy modification. I take reduced fat Ritz crackers and spread them with a mixture of fat free cream cheese, ghirardelli 60% cacao baking chips, and peppermint extract. It's really tasty and transfat free!
Really great post! It's nice to know you can get your cookie fix and not have to worry about the health repercussions!!
Sue - sounds yummy! :)
