I like eggs not only for their health benefits, but also for their taste and texture. I love them soft-boiled or poached, with runny yolk and firm white. Eggy breakfast 4eva! :]
I love eggs for their versatility - make hard boiled and bring to work, or make a yummy filling omelet for any meal of the day!
I love eggs because they are the only breakfast food that keeps me full due to the protein..great giveaway!
I love eggs! My favorite way to eat them is over easy (even tho this grosses my husband out...hehe!). Then I dip toast in the yolk which is super delicious. I also really love to make english muffin/scrambled egg/bacon sandwich breakfasts. Thanks for the giveaway!
Love eggs! Turkish breakfast is the only way to start in the morning! Hard boiled egg, yum!
Eggs are so versatile, and qualify brands like Horizon have great flavor!
Eggs are super versatile and a great source of protein!
I love eggs!especially egg whites. Eggs are full of selenium for hair and protein!n only 16 cals per egg white. I can add eggs to my oatmeal yummm. Eggs are an absolute staple
I also like eggs for their versatility. They can be breakfas, in baking for desserts, or in dinner like in pad thai or fried rice.
I think what I like most about eggs is the versatility, there's just so many things to do with them.
I love eggs in the morning! Perfect start to my day is a veggie omelet with either hot sauce or salsa. Delicious!
I love eggs and love experimenting and trying out new egg recipes. I recently spent $100 on a great frittita pan and love fresh veggie frittits. Now, I just need some more eggs! Hope I win the contest!
There are so many great things about eggs! I love their flavor, how I can make them any time of day as a meal or a snack, and they are so nutritious. My kids even ask for boiled eggs for snack after school. They also remind me of breakfast with my grandmother when I was a child.
My motto is: everything is better with a fried egg on top. As a pescatarian, eggs are an important protein source for me and I make it a point to eat one for breakfast everyday. Some of my favorite ways are posted here: http://michele-going-green.blogspot.com/2010/06/oven-roasted-summer-vegetables.html and http://michele-going-green.blogspot.com/2010/06/fave-and-ravioli-with-egg-on-top.html
I love eggs because their tasty, nutritious and versitile! I can have them for breakfast, hardboiled over a salad (with a little balsamic vinegar...yum) I also hardboil them and take the egg whites, chop them up and add them to half a cup lowfat cottage cheese 1/2 tbl almond butter for a almost ice cream like before bed treat, that keeps away cravings and helps me sleep like a baby :D
I am proud to say I eat eggs nearly everyday. My favorite everyday breakfast is 2 eggs, cooked with slightly runny yolks...served with toast & butter. Simple and delicious!
I Love the tasty versatility of eggs you can serve and enjoy eggs in so many different ways~

eggs are so versatile! i especially love them with a runny yolk :)
first time commenter - seemed like as good a time as any to say hello ;-)
eggs are fabulous. they're so versatile and inexpensive and satisfying (most important, in my opinion)... and those microwave poachers and omelette makers are THE best idea ever. scrambled, omelettes, boiled, salad(ed?), deviled, cracked into oatmeal or ramen (on the tight weeks), baking...
but you simply can't top a poached egg on an english muffin with a slice of canadian bacon and reduced fat cheddar. mmm... and now i'm hungry
I love eggs because their full of protein and they can be prepared in many different ways! You can't go wrong with eggs!!
Scrambled, over easy or over medium, eggs are part of a healthy and yummie diet!
I especially enjoy organic eggs. They are less smelly and overall they taste better. Please pick me. I need it.
Organic eggs are especially tasty. They have less of the sulphur smell. That's the only type of eggs my family eats. Please pick me! We really need it.
