Now, just so you know, I'm a big bar fan (I eat a few per week because they are so easy to throw into my bag for work), and I've tried almost every single bar out there (and will be blogging about more of the ones I love in the future). I'm glad I bought so many of the gnu bars, because I think they are super yummy (so thank you to the person who mentioned them at that grocery store) -- in particular I really like the chocolate brownie flavor, and I absolutely love the banana walnut flavor (reminds me of banana bread - another food I don't get to eat as often as I would like). As with most of the foods I blog about, these bars are not only super tasty but they contain good ingredients -- full of fiber, whole wheat flower, no artificial flavors, no hydrogenated oils, no high fructose corn syrup, which always puts a smile on my face.
I see on the Gnu Website that in addition to chocolate brownie and banana walnut, they also come in these flavors: cinnamon raisin, orange cranberry, and peanut butter. It looks like the peanut butter flavor barely falls into the 2 WW points range on my ruler, so be careful to check your online calculator when logging that one.
I still buy these bars at Vitamin Shoppe, and one of my local Trader Joes (not all of them, unfortunately) has started carrying them. I also added a few flavors to the Yummy Diet Food Amazon Store.
Additionally, here is a link to some other low calorie bars I've blogged about that I think are both tasty and full of good ingredients (including the super yummy Fiberful Bar (0 WW points), Kind bars, Fruitabu, Attune probiotic bar, Clif Z Bars, and Figamajigs).
Enjoy!

GNU bars are a great source of fiber, but you also might like to try the Kardea Gourmet Wellness bar---7g fiber, 7g protein, 150 calories, 1g of plant sterols, low saturated fat and low salt. And a great tasting bar (nice aroma too). We would be glad to send your samples for review. www.kardeanutrition.com or email customerservice@kardeanutrition.com.
