Dieting went okay for me today. I went out to lunch with a friend, so once again, I have no idea how many WW points I had. I roughly calculated around 8-10 points so I am using that to figure out what to have for dinner. I have a major sweet tooth thing going on today, so I thought this would be as good of a day as any to talk about sweets!
So, I absolutely love whipped cream. It can go on almost anything! I put it on regular fruit, frozen fruit, fage yogurt, in my low calorie almond milk, on my favorite low calorie ice cream, and on anything else I can think of. When most people on a diet think about whipped cream, they think it is off limits. But, it doesn't have to be. Reddi-wip actually makes a really yummy fat free version of its whipped cream, with only 5 calories (yes, 0 WW points) per serving. It tastes REALLY good and doesn't have the hydrogenated ingredients in it that cool whip has. I buy it at Safeway.

When I buy these I can never stop till its all gone....but that's mainly because it's only 200 cals for the whole thing.
Awesome. On sf jello, pudding, a spoon, whatever. :)
Yeah, it is really good!
Hey, actually the whole can has about 300 calories. They round down to 5 cal/2tbsp cause it sounds better, and it's legal. Check out this calories counter site, which gives the exact amount of cal/100 grams.

It's 150 cal/100 grams. And there's 200 grams in the entire bottle. So there's 300 cal/can. Not a big deal, but can add up so just wanted to let u know.
Thanks for the head's up!
